Where are we located ?
We are located in Mauritius Island, where we build all our Ship Models.
Document required
We can design and build your ship models based on photo, drawings or with 3D Plan.
How do we ship WorldWide ?
We work with shipping agents; DHL; FedEx; UPS or Mauritius Post.
What happen after a quote has been approved ?
You can follow the whole production process; you receive regular feedback with image proof of the stage of productions until we complete of your model.
Can I collect from a local store ?
If you're located in Mauritius; you can collect the ship model directly at showroom. You'll get notified when the product gets ready for pick - up. Once notified you'll get 48 hours to collect your items. After the delay expired, We'll not be responsible for the product and additional cost for storage shall be claim to the buyer.
How are shipping price calculated ?
All Shipping price are calculated based on the final packing weight and the price are set base on your location as per flight or maritime guidance.
Down payment & Reimbursement
When you request a quote, you should proceed with a down payment ; 50% of the total cost; so our team shall start the production. The remaining cost 50% and the Shipping cost shall be made before the dispatch of the product with your approval. In case you claim a reimbursement for whatever reason after the ship has been dispatch to the shipping agent. No refund can be claim. For more information please refer to our delivery policy.
How to claim a refund ?
Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department have done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund. Please note that the you should bear the return cost.
Do you offer a VAT discount to non EU customers?
Customer’s ordering from outside the European Union can contact us via telephone, live chat, or e-mail and quote the order reference number. Our customer services team will go through the process to remove the VAT off of their order.
If you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost. Should you be returning a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.
